2. Manually adjust to the third gear

Three gears: 1. Warm: 45 ℃; 2. Comfort: 35 ℃; 3. Energy-saving: 25 ℃.

3. Press and hold the chest temperature control switch for 2 seconds, and turn off the light to stop heating.
